A NOTE FROM JAM STUDIO KIDS…
As you may have noticed, we are experiencing a learning curve with our new check-in system! We appreciate your patience to help make this transition smooth! Our new system is not just to track attendance – it has some really great features to help us take care of your kids the very best we can. Check it out:

  • Allergy and/or other medical info can be printed a child’s nametag. This will help our volunteers keep track of each child’s individual needs. Information can be updated as often as needed.
  • Medical details do NOT have to be printed on the nametag if you don’t want it to be, but you will need to complete a Serious Allergy & Medical Alert form to bring with you each time you check in or pick up your child in order to maintain confidentiality and current info.
  • A Security Tag will be generated for your family with a number that will change each week. Please show that tag to the classroom volunteer when picking up your child (for Infants through Kindergarten). This will add an extra measure of security to keep our young ones safe!

We have started with our Infants and Toddlers and are working our way slowly up to our 6th graders. We are working on ways to expedite the process and to make sure our visitors don’t get held up, causing them to miss the service. If you have any questions,
please stop by the JAM Studio Kids Desk or email or call Cheryl Byers at the church office.
